Atwell Senior High School located on the corner of Brenchley and Bartram Streets in Atwell WA is one of Essex Industries larger completed commercial projects. It is a project with a works value in excess of 30 million dollars and this project demonstrates the technical and diverse abilities of the Essex Industries team. Essex Industries mobilised on site in July 2007 and works were completed 2008. This project incorporates the use of just about all the different ceiling and wall lining products available on todays market including laser inscribed Vitra Panel and plywood ceilings complete with various other external linings as selected by the Architects.

The AK Stadium project, located on Underwood Avenue in Mt Claremont Western Australia is another prime example of Essex Industries flagship projects of 2009. This projects demonstrates Essex Industries many and diverse abilities. The project due for completion in 2009 incorporates a “Spherical Egg” which is a master piece architectural feature associated with the project and Essex Industries is proud to be a part of.

The Rockingham Kwinana District Hospital project is currently the largest Hospital in Western Australia under construction and is one of Essex Industries flagship projects of 2008-2009. The project with an overall value well in excess of 100 million dollars is a very complex and intricate project that Essex Industries is proud to be associated with. From the newly constructed areas to the refurbished areas Essex Industries has clearly demonstrated abilities for quality and service when it comes to Hospital construction and is well equipped with the right staff and equipment for the task.

The Kingia Gardens Nursing Home Project located in Bently WA is one of many aged care facilities that Essex Industries has been associated with, the project completed in late 2008 comprises traditional plasterboard ceilings and bulkheads along with curved plywood and CFC external linings.

The Lark Hill Sporting Complex located on Warnbro Sound Avenue Lark Hill WA, is another commercial project undertaken by Essex Industries in 2007. The project comprises 3 large quality buildings incorporating external linings complete with full interior wall partitioning and ceiling works. This project facilitated the use of various products including, Coroline Ceilings, perforated ceilings, 9mm Compressed fibre cement linings to the exterior of the building along with exposed grid ceilings

Essex Industries has carried out complete ceiling and linings works to the 115 Cambridge Street Leederville Shopping Centre Complex. The Shopping Centre includes a new Coles Supermarket along with many other leading commercial tenancies also completed by Essex Indiustries.

Another Essex project is this “Mixed Use” building located at 812 Newcastle Street Northbridge WA. The project comprises commercial tenancies to the ground floor (partitioning office fit outs also by Essex Industries) with luxury apartments to all upper floors.
